Personal Training
As a personal trainer I work with people of all ages and capabilities to help them meet their fitness goals. I design a workout plan for each individual and provide her/him with support and encouragement. Focusing mainly on form and balance, I teach my clients flexibility, resistance, and reactive and cardiovascular training. My training sessions include resistance training, plyometrics, balance training, yoga and pilates.
