I just started the DIG Yoga Immersion on Friday and I'm so glad I did. This weekend was full of smart, energizing and deepening asana and juicy conversation. A great bonus is that I now have so many great new or refined alignment cues to give to my personal training clients. I love that I work at ZAKTi Fitness, where the kind of training I do is nurtured and encouraged and that the clients who come to my classes and training sessions are really eager to learn. Too bad I can't teach tonight because of this snow storm!
Hello my clients and friends. I have finally decided to move to New York to pursue my acting career. I know that I'm leaving behind a lot or unbelievable clients, students and supporters. Thank you for your energy and positivity. Please stay posted as I may be back to sub classes in Philly. I'd love to see you all in New York, so please keep in touch.
Let me recommend.... Foam roll pikes: Place tops of feet on foam roller and hands or forearms on the ground. Draw your knees up to your chest as you draw your belly in and lift your hips, then exten. Two sets, fifteen reps. |
