Group Fitness Instruction
I have been an avid student of a variety of exercise modalities including Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, Sculpt and Circuit Training. When I teach, to make the classes unique and exciting, I draw on all of my experience. I make exercise fun and silly and not too scary for those who are intimidated, but I make sure to challenge even the strongest students.
