Fitness Philosophy
As a fitness professional, I focus on the use of the core body to initiate movement and maintain proper structural alignment and breath. When you work with me, you can expect to sweat and stretch.
I love to work out. I have been an athlete for most of my life -- I played soccer, softball, squash and tennis, and swam competitively. I practice yoga and pilates regularly. And for seven years I worked with a top-notch trainer who challenged my form and taught me a lot about weight training. I have worked as a trainer and yoga instructor with people of all ages and abilities, including children and pregnant women, and know the importance of maintaining a healthy weight and diet. It is a great pleasure for me to inspire others to enjoy exercise, and to see them gain confidence and take responsibility for their health. See what some of my clients have to say |
